While spending your holiday in Tenerife, you cannot get bored. This place proves it best!

Jungle Park is a zoological and botanical park in Arona, Tenerife (near Los Cristianos). On an area of 75,000 m2, there is a jungle full of paths, tunnels, mysterious bridges, lagoons, caves and waterfalls.

Things to do in Jungle Park

Apart from captivating landscapes, in the park you will also find animals. The park, as befits a jungle, offers a look at the representatives of the entire animal kingdom. Eagles, falcons, orangutans, gibbons, lemurs, capuchins, white lions, leopards, white tigers, pumas, penguins, crocodiles, turtles, hippos … the list is really long.

In the park you can do more than just watch animals – you can also watch shows of some of them – mainly sea lions, birds of prey and exotic birds. Once you enter Jungle Park, it is worth finding out at what times the individual shows are scheduled. Some of them take place only once a day, so if you want to see such a show, keep this in mind.

An additional attraction in Jungle Park is a bobsleigh track. You go down the metal gutter, and your means of transport is a small vehicle resembling a sled: we sit on it and go down. The track is available to both children (rather older ones) and adults.

The youngest visitors will also be delighted with the several hundred-meter obstacle course. Completing it will make them feel like real adventurers! The whole structure is a combination of a rope park with a playground. And since the whole thing takes place at a low altitude, it is an attraction that even very young kids can enjoy!

Practical info

If you want to visit Jungle Park, it is best to buy your ticket in advance. You will then avoid standing in a long queue and avoid the risk that all admission tickets have been sold out.
